Abbey accepted fault and corrected it (eventually) and then bizaarely another charge the following month for no reason - the time and effort wasted chasing them and making complaints about the matter is infuriating. My advice to anyone thinking of Abbey, is to think again - there service and standards are appaling and have for some reason got a lot worse in the last couple of years.
