   When I tried to register for a free sample I was told both my e mail addresses were already on the site. How could this be. I’ve never registered before so this way I can’t get a free sample!!!!

    I have already registered with Loreal & received a free sample before. Thankyou for that, your products seem too good to be true!!
    After seeing an advert on t.v, about collagen plumper, offering another free sample online. I decided to get a sample to try before buying the product i’d previously received from you, (it was really good)
    Somehow, when I logged on, the1st time, I was told you couldn’t find my details, SO, I tried to re-register & was told you already had my details?!! It appears impossible to claim the collagen plumper sample.
    Looking at other comments, can see I’m not the only one trying-without success!! Why advertise a free sample & make it so difficult?! (False Advertising comes to mind) If the situation changes and free samples do become available, I would really appreciate some please.

    Put app in for free sample weeks ago for the loreal collagen re-plumper free samples but have not received it please can I register with loreal again and be sent any free samples that are on offer as I buy alot of loreal product anyway. Please can you reply to me eithier at my email address or at my home address that are with my details when I signed up with you weeks ago but haven’t recieved any of the samples. What can I do guys? Other wise its abit of false advetisement there as I haven’t had any thing and given all my details online I trusted you loreal!!!

    Responding to advert for a sample of the Loreal collagen anti wrinkle product. I use a few Loreal products and they are okay for me.     I have looked on the same website as the rest of you and i too am unable to get the free sample, please be awear that those of you whom have put your personal addresses on this site are available for all to see. If you want people to see your address then thats fine but i personally would keep that kind of info close to my chest.

    i suggest that everyone boycotts loreal product because they are not delivering on there advertising promises, we are being reffered to a site who say they know nothing about it, this contrevenes the trade descriptions act it is false advertising, i have rang the tv company who deal with the advertising and they are looking into the matter.
