   Ive also registered an they havnt gave me the £5 free credit i was supposed to receive. 2months on i still havnt and ive emailed them about it 3 times. And they still havnt gave me it.

   All i want to no is when you are rejestering for the £5 credit one of the answers is wright the letters out of a picture there is no picture its a complete joke im not happy one bit

    I registered my sim last month not for the £5 credit but i didnt reveive £5. The reason i registered my tmobile number was because i wanted to top up my phone online. Now that iv come across this £5 offer am i still eligable to claim my £5. i did attempt but they said an account holder already exsists to this mobile number. Thankyou..
