Think before you buy

June 19, 2008

You don’t need to spend a lot of money on a new computer. You could save a fortune by getting something second hand. Even low-end computers are so much more powerful than what was high end, five years ago and provided you pick the right operating system (not Vista) it will be all you need to surf the web, email, write documents, play solitaire or chess, or a million other things that we’ve been doing for years. You could even use it with Freeware applications like Open Office to manage your personal/home budget.
