Privilege offering “exclusive experiences” to customers

Insurance company Privilege has announced today that it is offering its customers the chance to win exclusive prices if they recommend the insurer to their friends and family.

The company encouraged its customers to inform other people of the price guarantee that it offers – promising to beat renewal quotes for any driver with four or more years’ no claims discount.

For every person they inform of Privilege’s offer, customers will receive the chance to win one of a selection of prizes.

These include the services of a butler for the day, a personal feng shui consultation, a pair of Premiership or Scottish Premier League tickets, or £500 to spend with a personal shopping expert.

Ian Parker, managing director of Privilege Insurance, said: “More and more consumers are sharing their experience of financial services – good or bad – with their friends and family.

“Personal recommendation is a powerful influencer when it comes to choosing a product in a crowded market like car insurance, so we wanted to reward those customers who take the time to spread the word about Privilege.”

The company claims that word of mouth is “central” to its business, with over half of its customers going on to recommend its products to others.
