The bank sucks everone in who have become brainwashed to the point where they are unable of critical thinking and spits them out at the other end. It's big business, the bank never loses. The idea that a housing boom can be created by the banks or sub-prime lenders is laughable. The article shows a fundamental lack of understanding of the economics of the UK property market. As for the claim that last year you could purchase a home in most areas of the UK for as low as £80,000, words fail me. Is this guy on the same planet? I came across this article on the Move Channel.
