		<description>having never used the internet or phone to make any banking transactions in my life, imagine my horror to discover that someone had successfully transferred considerable sums of money from my savings account to a bogus account in my name then onwards to an account somewhere in Bangalore! So what happened to all the &#039;state of the art&#039; security to guard against this? No wonder we&#039;ve had a credit meltdown if all you need to do is phone up and the bank will give you someone else&#039;s money............</description>
